Susan Muthoni Ndung’u is the Training Manager at FIPS Africa, leading the design and delivery of capacity-building strategies across the organisation. She drives the contextualisation and scaling of FIPS approaches and innovations across Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting their integration into diverse market systems. With experience in 16 countries, Susan ensures that training and programmes are practical, scalable, and aligned with FIPS’ mission of delivering farmer-centered solutions that strengthen livelihoods and food systems. She combines agricultural technical expertise with a focus on adult learning and knowledge transfer, helping teams capture field insights and translate them into impactful programmes.
