FIPS Africa is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. This whistleblowing policy provides a safe, confidential mechanism for employees, partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to report genuine concerns about illegal, unethical, unsafe, or improper conduct linked to the organisation. Reportable concerns include fraud, corruption, theft, discrimination, harassment, human rights violations, data breaches, abuse of authority, conflicts of interest, retaliation, or the concealment of wrongdoing. Reports may be made through designated management or Board channels and can be submitted in writing, by phone, or email. Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from retaliation, and confidentiality is strictly maintained. A reasonable belief is sufficient; proof is not required.
