FIPS Africa is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment. Harassment of any kind – including sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, and gender-based violence (GBV) – is unacceptable and unlawful. This policy applies to all staff, Board members, consultants, partners, volunteers, beneficiaries, and community members, and should be read alongside the Code of Conduct.
Harassment includes any unwelcome behaviour that undermines dignity or creates an intimidating or hostile environment, whether physical, verbal, written, visual, or digital. FIPS treats all complaints confidentially and fairly, will not tolerate retaliation, and will take prompt disciplinary action where required.
